Muffled Screams OC

This is Muffled Screams and he's a headless...something. Ukulele Moon was out adventuring and came across this critter sleeping in a pile of rotted leaves. Thinking he was some kind of dead weasel, she decided to turn around and go another way. After a few trots in another direction, she felt something resting on her hindquarters. Turning around she shrieked to discover a filthy, headless creature bouncing up and down excitedly. He couldn't really communicate except for a few muffled sounds. She could tell he was really riled up about something and decided to face her fear of weird, seemingly undead creatures and took him home. After a good bath, some grooming and a bit of antiseptic spray, Muffled Screams cleaned up nicely.

He was pretty friendly so Ukulele decided not to hold his strange appearance against him. Since his history was some what unknown and he was completely abandoned out in the wilds of Paisley, Ukulele took him in. Much to her delight and to the delight of Muffled Screams, the children (Ukulele Moon has 3) bonded with him and be became their faithful pet. Cinnamon Swirl and Gear Turner are utterly weirded out by Muffled and refuse to go near him or pet him but do tolerate his presence in their home. 

Every so often, Ukulele witnesses Muffled Screams temporarily excusing himself from the home. She followed him late one night only to discover the strange ritual that he would perform under the pale orb beneath the sacred Mountain Moon. Like his given name, it seemed like he was dancing to some unheard tune and attempting to sing some odd chant, only muffled by his lack of a full set of vocal chords. Although this character is surrounded by mystery, he is a welcome sight in the Moon home.
