▂▃▅▇█▓▒░۩۞۩ Description of this Artwork  ۩۞۩░▒▓█▇▅▃▂

“The ink of the scholar is more holy than the blood of the martyr.”
― AnonymousThe Quran

:iconukulelemoon::iconsaysplz: This is a departure from what I normally do but I was quite proud of it! I made this drawing for Inktober2014. Although I can't inkwell in real life, I gave it an attempt on the digital front to see if I could advance my own skills. I chose bright, colors and looked at many Creative Commons photographs for a study of trees and their branches.

What started out as a tree gave birth to the Terror Tree. What's the scary part of the Terror Tree? It looked more and more like part of human tissue as I drew it. The color choices and the way I progressed with the sticks and twigs reminded me more and more of veins and arteries in the human body. The terror is that even though we destroy our natural surroundings, we are all a part of them.

I'll do a few more abstract pieces with environmental themes attached to them. I like my artwork conveying large messages and deeper meanings.

I love this! It's f*cking awesome! I love the fiery colours, the bright light and the organic quality of the tree and it's branches. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="26" height="17" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="276" title="Love"/> <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="60" title="Clap"/> It does look like the inside of an internal organ, and it's interesting how organic patterns [trees, roots, trunks, stems, branches, veins, arteries, neurons [neurons are very tree-like in shape], etc] are often repeated in nature. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/n/n…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="334" title="Nod"/>

I also like how fluid and flowing this image is. It gives the impression of flames, which works beautifully with the hot colour scheme. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="60" title="Clap"/>

I don't know if this was deliberate, but on the right-hand side, opposite the brightest point of light, there's a branch-like shape that looks like a bird. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="26" height="17" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="276" title="Love"/>

The name you've chosen for this image is excellent, I've found no flaws in this painting and I believe it's a beautiful representation of October and Halloween. <img class="avatar" src="a.deviantart.net/avatars/h/e/h…" alt=":iconheartemote:" title="heartemote" /> So well done! <img class="avatar" src="a.deviantart.net/avatars/f/e/f…" alt=":iconfeelingfreeplz:" title="feelingfreeplz" /> <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="26" height="17" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="276" title="Love"/> <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="60" title="Clap"/> <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="19" height="19" alt=":worship:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="198" title="Worship"/>
